2 chicken breasts
1 package white corn tortillas
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 can Cream of celery soup
1 can Chicken broth
1 packet of Lawrys chili seasoning
1 package shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Bake chicken breasts for 30 minutes. Remove, let cool and shred into pieces on plate. Set aside.
In a small pot heat 1/2 can of each soup and chicken broth. Set aside.
Tear 7-9 corn tortillas in pieces and line the bottom of a standard baking dish.
Arrange chicken over tortillas and then evenly spread Rotel tomatoes on top of chicken/tortillas.
Evenly pour heated soup/chicken broth mixture on top. Sprinkle chili seasoning to taste.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove dish and spread shredded cheese over casserole. Bake uncovered for another 15 minutes.
Let cool and serve.
