1 pk of chamoros de ress (beef shanks)
1 cup of water
Season with Meat seasoning, garlic,
ground cumin.

1 pck of tortillas
Homemade salsa

Directions:
Get your crockpot and place your meat in it. Add the cup of water and season your meat with meat seasoning, garlic, and lightly with ground cumin. I started at 7 am so I set my crockpot to Low for 8 hours.
When we got home the meat was soft and smelled great.

I made a cooked salsa garbanzo side to top of the tacos. This spread my food so that we had extra for lunch. ***This was just a big can of Garbanzo's, 1 can of sweet corn, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, salt, cumin, pepper, chicken bullion.**
