Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup quick or regular oats
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup caramel topping
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter, melted
3 Tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, oats, sugar, soda, salt and butter. Press half of the mixture into a 11X7, or 9X13 pan and set the other half aside. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle on the chocolate chips. Warm up caramel topping in the microwave for about 20 seconds, just enough to make it a little runnier and easier to pour. Blend the caramel topping with the 3 tablespoons of flour until well mixed and then drizzle over the chocolate chips. Crumble the rest of the oat mixture over the top evenly. Put back in the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes. Should be lightly golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool and set up before cutting into it.
