6 c. cooked sliced carrots
1 c. cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Sauce:
Sauté
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. diced onion
Mix In:
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. celery salt
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Stir consistently until sauce reaches a slow boil and thickens. In a 2 qt. casserole dish layer 1/2 carrots and top with grated cheese. Place the other 1/2 of the carrots and pour sauce over. Melt butter and stir in bread crumbs. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top and bake uncovered at 350º for 25 - 30 minutes.
