6 medium potatoes
8 oz Velveeta cheese
1 stick margarine
Greek all-purpose seasoning
2 slices bacon
Accent flavor enhancer
1 small onion

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and cut into small squares.
Place in a 9"x13" casserole dish.
Slice margarine into small pieces and place evenly over potatoes.
Chop onion and distribute evenly over potatoes.
Center the bacon over the potatoes.
Generously season with Greek and Accent seasonings.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes; take bacon off, stir and replace bacon.
Continue baking until potatoes are done.
Top evenly with Velveeta cheese and continue baking for 15 more minutes.
Remove from oven and stir; let stand for 10 minutes and serve.
As a variation, you can add sour cream and stir.
