1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
onion and garlic (chopped)
1 McCormick package of Original Chili seasoning mix
1 can kidney beans (undrained)
14 oz can of crushed tomatoes (use more to taste)
small can tomato sauce
chili powder and hot sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
cook ground meat in onion and garlic till done, (use a deep pot/pan)
add kidney beans, tomatoes and seasonings
bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 20 minutes
taste and adjust seasoning to desired heat level.

This is so versatile, we made chili cheese hot dogs, ate it over brown rice, with toppings and a family favorite we used it over warm tortilla chips with toppings for nachos!
