8 Tablespoons of cheddar cheese powder (you can use either white or yellow)
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon onion powder
1 heaping Tablespoon of Italian seasoning

Mix it all together in a bowl and then store in a small jar. Just add a Tablespoon or so to your homemade pizza dough recipe when you are mixing and you will have one extra tasty crust! It really is the secret ingredient to THE BEST pizza dough!
