1 lb. fresh spinach, washed
1 lb. frozen peas, cooked
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 medium onion or bunch of scallions
1/4 lb. grated Swiss cheese
mushrooms, cucumber or hard-boiled eggs if desired

Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together for the dressing. Set aside.

In a clear glass bowl, create a few layers of spinach, peas, bacon, scallions. Pour the dressing on the top and then grated Swiss cheese.
