1 lb boneless pork tenderloin, sliced
1 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
dash cayenne pepper
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tbsp of corn starch
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp sherry or OJ
1/4 cup sliced almond ( toasted)

Directions:
Directions:
Brush tenderloin slices on both sides with butter, sprinkle with thyme, and cayenne peppers. arrange in baking dish.
Pour OJ over the tenderloin.
Bake at 350º for 25-30 mins uncovered.
while meat bakes, mix the cornstarch sugar, sherry in a sauce pan.
Drain juices from meat into the cornstarch mixture . stir until blended.
Bring juices mixture to boil. stir until thickened and smooth.
Pour over meat, sprinkle with almonds.

Serve with rice and vegetables

To toast almonds, sprinkle almonds on a pie pan. place in a 350 degree oven for 3-5 mins.
