2 pkg. quick rise yeast
5 1/2 c. flour
1 T. + 1/4 t. sugar
2 t. salt
1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 c. milk (warmed to 120 - 130 degrees)
cornmeal
pan spray

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, salt, soda and yeast in mixer. Add water, milk and mix for 1 minute. Spoon dough into 2 8.5 x 4.5 x 2.5 loaf pans that have been sprayed and dusted with cornmeal. Sprinkle top of dough with cornmeal. Allow to rise for 45 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400º and bake bread for 30 minutes.
