15 mini French bread loaves (cut in half the long way, hollow out like a boat and set aside bread pieces and boats)
4 jars (6.5 oz) of quartered and marinated artichoke hearts
1 stick butter
sesame seeds
20 oz. shredded mozzarella
20 oz. shredded cheddar
48 oz. sour cream

Directions:

Melt butter in deep frying pan. Over medium heat lightly brown bread pieces, bread pieces will absorb butter and become clumpy
Add half jar to sesame seeds (about 1/2 oz.)
Mix bread and artichokes, cheeses and sour cream
Load mixture (heaping) into bread boats, place on cookie sheet
Bake at 400º 18-20 minutes
