Cranberry Bread Recipe

1 c sugar
2 c flour
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1 egg beaten
2 T oil
2 T hot water
1/2 c orange juice
1 c fresh cranberries halved
1/2 c nuts chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together. Add eggs, oil, water, O J, cranberries, and nuts. Bake in greased loaf pan 325º for 70 minutes.

Optional: Butter crust, remove from pan and wrap in wax paper. Place in refrigerator 2 hrs. Wrap in fresh paper and freeze until ready to use.
