3-4 quarts popped popcorn
1 C brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c white karo syrup
1/2 t salt
1/2 t baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Pop popcorn. Combine brown sugar, butter, syrup, salt in microwave safe large bowl. Cook 2 minutes on high. Stir in baking soda. Pour mixture over popcorn in a large paper bag. Cook on High for 1 1/2 minutes. Then shake paper bag and cook another 1 1/2 minutes.
If necessary cook one more time.
shake bag, and tear open for spread corn in a single layer to cool Store in an air tight container.
