1-18.25 ounce package devil's food chocolate cake mix
3-3.9 ounce packages regular instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups whipping cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
Chocolate syrup or sauce for garnish
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the cake mix and bake in a 13"x9" pan according to package directions. Let cool thoroughly, then cut into cubes about the size of a walnut.
Prepare the chocolate pudding with milk according to package directions.
In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer, whip the cream with sugar until stiff.
To assemble: In a trifle bowl, layer half of the chocolate cake cubes, pudding, whipped cream and nuts. Repeat, layering the remaining ingredients, ending with whipped cream and nuts.
Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
