2 # ground beef
1 c corn flakes crumbs
1/3 c parsley flakes
2 eggs
2 T soy sauce
1/4 t pepper
1/2 t garlic powder
1/3 catsup
2 T minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and form into meat balls about 1" in diameter. Place in large casserole. Bake in 350º for 30-40". P lace in serving dish or crock, and cover with Curley's barbeque sauce.
May use this sauce:
1 # cranberry sauce,
1 12 oz. bottle Chili sauce
2 T brown sugar, 1 T lemon juice
heat and blend, then pour over meatballs.
