1 pkg yeast
3 T warm water
2 eggs
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c Crisco or 1/3 c oil
1 t salt
1c warm water
4-5 c flour
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 3 T warm water. Set aside. Beat eggs with sugar, Crisco, salt, and 1c water. Add yeast to mixture, and slowly add flour. Put in bowl after kneading. Cover . Place in refrigerator 4-5 hours or over night. Roll out to 3/8 inch thick. Spread with butter. Cut pie shaped slices, and roll 1/2" beginning with large end. place on buttered baking sheet. Let rise to double. Bake at 400 º for 15 minutes or until brown and serve.
