Crust:
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 1/4 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 Cup Butter
1 t. Vanilla

Filling:
3 8oz pkg. Cream Cheese
1 Cup Sugar
5 Eggs
1 t. Vanilla

Topping:
8 oz. Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 t. Lemon Juice

Directions:
Crust: Mix ingredients and press into bottom of Sponge Cake Mold. Freeze for 30 minutes.

Filling: Mix cream cheese and Sugar and add 1 egg at a time. Add vanilla. Mix and pour into mold. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes.

Topping: Mix ingredients and pour over top of cake. When cool, remove from mold by holding from the bottom, and peeling back one side of the mold and sliding onto serving plate. If cake is too soft, place in freezer for 10 minutes before unmolding.
