1 Tbsp. oil
6 yellow squash, sliced thin
1 onion, sliced thin
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sleeve buttery crackers, crushed

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease casserole dish. Heat oil in large skillet and sauté squash and onion until tender. Add butter and stir to melt. Stir in cheeses, sour cream, salt and pepper. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle cracker crumbs over top. Bake for 20-30 min. until top is golden and bubbly.
