1 package lemon cake mix (18.5 oz)
2 cups Cool Whip (4.5 oz)
1 egg
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease cookie sheets. Combine cake mix, whipped topping and egg in a large bowl. Dough will be stiff and sticky. Drop by teaspoon into the powdered sugar; roll to coat. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until light golden brown. Remove to cool on wire rack.
