1 Egg, beaten
1/2 Cup of Dry Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
3/4 Tsp. Seafood Seasoning
1/2 Tsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 Tsp. White Pepper
1 Lb. Fresh Lump Crabmeat
2Tbsp. Canola Oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the egg, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, seafood seasoning, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Fold in crab. Shape into six patties. In a skillet, cook crab cakes in oil for 4-5 minutes on each side or until browned.
