3 tbsp. butter
1 C. milk
2 tbsp. flour
2/3 C. Octoberfest Amber Beer
1 1/2 C. Smoky Gouda, shredded
1 1/2 C. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp. worchestershire
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cayenne
salt/pepper

Directions:
In a large saucepan melt butter. Whisk in flour. Be careful not to burn. Gradually whisk milk until mixture is thickened and smooth. Continue whisking and add beer. Next whisk cheeses, allowing each addition of cheese to melt before adding the next. After the cheese is melted add mustard, worchestershire and cayenne. Add s/p. Serve warm with breadsticks or sliced baguette.
