1/2 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into small strips
1/2 T granulated garlic (fresh garlic will burn before the chicken is done)
2 T Emerald stir-frying sauce
1/2 T ground white pepper
1-2 fresh hot chili peppers, (chopped)
4 T veg oil
2 T fried garlic

Emerald stir-frying sauce
2 c oyster sauce
2 T sugar
1 T Thai soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Marinate the chicken with granulated garlic, white pepper, and Emerald stir-fry sauce. Set aside for 10 minutes
2. Heat oil over high heat in a skillet or work. When the oil gets very hot, add the chicken mixture. Keep stirring until the meat is well-done.
3. Sir in hot pepper and fried garlic. Mix well. Remove from heat.
4. Serve with steamed rice.

Stir fry sauce:
1. Mix all ingredients above. Mix well.
2. Keep sauce mixture in a jar and keep refrigerated for future use.
