11/2 c sugar
21/2 c flour
2 eggs
2 c buttermilk
1 c Bran Buds
2 c All Bran
1 c boiling water
1/2 c oil
21/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1/2 c dates (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, oil, eggs, and buttermilk
Stir in Flour, soda, and salt. Add Brans and boiling water.
Place in covered container and refrigerate 12 hour.
Place in muffin cups. Bake 350º 15 min. until done.
Unused batter can be kept in refrigerator up to 2 months
