1/2 lb cut up chicken breast or shrimp

Marinate in:
1T oyster sauce
1 T soy sauce
pinch of red pepper flakes
1 T corn starch
Splash of white wine


1 6-8oz pkg cashews
1 med. onion (chopped)
1/2 c celery (chopped)
1/2 c mushrooms (sliced)
1 green pepper (chopped)
1/2 c sugar snap peas or pea pods
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 c chicken stock or broth
2 T oyster sauce
white pepper to taste
2 T cornstarch and water
Peanut oil
2 green onions cut into 1" pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Add 2 T. peanut oil to wok or pan. Sir fry meat till 1/2 done. Add 2 more Tablespoons peanut oil and stir in onion, peppers, celery, mushrooms, peas, and nuts. Stir fry till veggies are slightly tender. Add oyster sauce, cornstarch, and green onion. Stir till thick. Serve over rice, chow mein noodles, or just eat it.
