4 lbs. carrots, chopped
2 c. sugar
tsp. baking powder
6 eggs, beaten
1 c. melted butter
6 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp powdered sugar for dusting

Directions:
Directions:
C ook carrots until tender. frain and mash.
Add butter. sugar. flour, & baking powder, vanilla and eggs.
Mix well, pour into large casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
Sprinkle with p. sugar
