2 c. Celery, sliced
1/3 c. Dried sweet cherries
1/3 c. Frozen baby green peas, thawed
3 T. Chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. Plain yogurt
1 tbsp. Pecans, toasted
1 1/2 tsp. Fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Black pepper

Dried cranberries, raisins or walnuts may be substituted.

Combine all ingredients and chill.

For a large group I start with a two of bunches of celery hearts, two bunches of parsley, 1 sack of frozen peas and adjust other ingredients to taste.
