1 dozen eggs

1/4 - 1/2 cup mayo (depending on your taste)
salt/pepper to taste
paprika
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in pan filled with COLD water, let water come to a boil and then boil for 7 minutes
take off burner and let sit for 20 minutes.
Run eggs under cold water, and peel ( they will peel easy if still warm )
when eggs are cool cut them in half and take out the yolk, place in a separate bowl and add the mayo, salt/pepper and garlic powder. Blend together with a mixer or food processor until smooth .place a teaspoon on yolk mixture to the egg white and place on a platter sprinkle with paprika.
