2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. corn starch
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1-2 cups milk (depending on how thick you want your sauce)
2 cups grated cheese (your choice - mozzarella, cheddar, brie or a combination)
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
salt
pepper

In a medium saucepan, bring butter, milk, garlic powder, and dry mustard to a low boil, stirring frequently. Dissolve cornstarch in 1 tbsp. water and whisk into milk mixture. Continue stirring vigorously until desired thickness achieved. Add cheeses and slowly stir them into the sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over your favorite pasta, vegetable, or side dish.
