Directions:	Directions: put thawed meat in crockpot take a 1/3 measuring cup mix together: -1/4 cup flour -1 teaspoon salt -1/2 teaspoon pepper Take a cofee mug and put in water and heat in mic for 2 mins Then Mix: - 1 packet oxo mix till dissolved -1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Pour coffee mug ingredients on top of everything and mix up Cook on high for 4 hrs or low 6-10 in crockpot
