Ingredients:  
2 leeks (cleaned and Chopped)
1 sm onion (chopped)
2 potatoes (peel and Chop)
3 c. chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
1 c cream
1 t Worchester sauce
dash tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
saute leeks and onion in 1 T evoo (extra virgin olive oil)

In a sauce pan bring leeks, onion, potatoes, chicken broth and spices to simmer til done.

Pour into a blender and add cream, Worchester sauce,and tabasco sauce.
Pulse till smooth but don't over blend or it will get gooey.

Put in bowls and top each bowl with some chopped chives.

My daughters love this soup. I would make it and serve it as an appetizer before the main course. You can make it with half and half or whole milk if you want to delete some calories.

Can be served chilled.
