1/3 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

Mix ingredients together. Pour into mini or regular muffin pan. Bake 20 minutes at 400°.
