2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (packed in its own juice)

2 cups confectioner's sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, eggs, pineapple, nuts, granulated sugar and baking soda in mixing bowl. Mix by hand until well-blended. Do not beat. Pour batter into greased and floured 12x9 baking pan. Bake in pre-heated 350º oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
While cake is baking, combine cream cheese, butter, confectioner's sugar and vanilla and beat (preferably with electric mixer) until smooth. Pour over cake right from oven. Frosting will melt and spread on cake. Chill until frosting sets. Keep cake refrigerated.

Personal Notes:
I always let the cake cool awhile before I frost it but you may want to do as the directions say.
