1 16oz can chunky pineapple
1 8Oz can crushed pineapple
1 small box instant pistachio pudding mix
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. walnuts or pecans (chopped)
12-16oz cool whip (thawed)
1 c. mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Take pineapple w/ juice put in a medium mixing bowl. Sprinkle pudding mix over pineapple let set to be absorbed, a couple of minutes. Gently fold in coconut and nuts. Next add marshmallows and cool whip. Careful don't over mix. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
