Fresh strawberries, about 10 for 2 people
Fresh rhubarb, one long stalk for 2 people
Strawberry jam, several Tablespoons

Heavy cream, 1/2 c.
Greek Plain Yogurt 1/2 c.

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the strawberries fairly small. Slice the rhubarb very thin. Mix the fruit with enough strawberry jam to sweeten.
Mix the cream and yogurt and beat until stiff peaks.
Layer fruit and cream in a glass.

Interesting recipe using raw rhubarb. Came across this when staying at a bed and breakfast in the Finger Lakes. Very tasty.
