Left overroast beef
Carrots
Celery
Beef oxo
Worcestershire
Soya sauce
Onion salt (or onions)
Garlic salt (or minced)
Oregano
Basil
Thyme
Salt and Pepper to taste
Pearled Barley (I used 1/4 cup for a small pot)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry vegetables the add meat and spices. Add beef oxo mixed with water until you have desired amount of soup. Bring to a boil and add barley. Let simmer for 20-30 minutes.
