8 c diced potatoes (about 5 lbs)
1/2 small onion, chopped
3 cans chicken broth
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz cream cheese
1 jar real bacon pieces
1/2 t black pepper


Of course you can add extra shredded cheddar cheese and bacon!!!!!!

Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients together in large pot. Cook until potatoes are tender. Mash some of the potatoes to make soup creamy. Add cream cheese and bacon. Stir until cheese is melted. Add pepper to taste.

Good to serve with crackers or toasted garlic bread.
