2 cups Maui Splash Wine
31/4 cups sugar
1 pouch liquid pectin

Directions:
Directions:
Put sugar and wine in large pot. Bring to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
Quickly stir in pectin.
Return to a full boil. Cook for one minute exactly, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Pour into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/2 inch head room. Run a metal knife around the inside to release all air bubbles. Please sterilized lids on top.

Place jars in boiling water bath for 10 minutes after coming to second boil.
Take out and cool. Make sure all lids seal.
