1 can artichoke bottoms, drained
3 pkg. frozen spinach, cook and chopped
1 C. sour cream
1 pkg. dehydrated onion soup
1 "squirt" lemon juice
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Line the bottom of a 9x9" dish with artichoke bottoms. Cook the spinach, then press all the moisture out of the cooked spinach. Mix sour cream, dry onion soup and lemon juice with the spinach and spread over the artichokes. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degree for 30-40 minutes. (I always double this recipe and use a 9"x13 dish.)
