Slice or small round of Brie, Room Temperature
Dalmatia Fig Spread (or substitute another jam/preserve)
Marcona Almonds, chopped
Cracker, use a simple cracker so it does not compete with the brie.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place the room temperature Brie on a serving platter and remove the top and side thin skin.
2. Place Fig spread over the top of the brie enough to cover and have a little ooze down the sides.
3. Sprinkle chopped marcona almonds over the top lightly.
Portions are at your discretion; enough to get cheese, jam and almond in each bite.
4. Serve with crackers.
