16 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbls. chopped herbs; dill, oregano and/or thyme
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 bunch of parsley, chopped for coating
Red, orange or yellow bell peppers bits for decorating
crackers

Directions:

Using a stand mixer, mix together; cream cheese, herbs, garlic, mustard and salt, until combined. Form the mixture into a ball and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or over night. Before serving, form the ball into a tree shape. Roll the tree-shaped cheese into the parsley, shaping where necessary. Decorate with bell pepper and top with a star shaped piece of pepper. Serve with crackers.
