1 1/2 C. sour cream
1/2 C. cream cheese
1/2 C. stout beer
2 tbls. onion dip mix
1/3 C. real bacon bits, cooked and chopped, (make extra for garnish)
1/2 C. green onions, chopped, (make extra for garnish)
1/3 C. shredded cheddar cheese, shredded. (make extra for garnish)
black pepper
kettle potato chips
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with extra bacon, green onions and cheddar cheese. Serve immediately with potato chips.
