1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
1/4 c chopped onion
2 tbsp all purpose flour
salt and pepper to taste
11/3 cup chicken or beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onion. Saute until tender. Add flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add in broth until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until sauce has thickened.

Serve over steaks
