2 1/2 c flour
1 c hot tap water
3 Tbsp oil Olive
1/2 tsp white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 package fast-acting dry yeast

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine fast acting yeast and hot tap water. Let yeast and water sit for 5 minutes. Add sugar, salt, olive oil, herbs and flour. Mix until ingredients are well incorporated. Then turn out onto a floured board. With hands dusted in flour, knead bread for 5 minutes until dough is soft and longer very tacky.

Transfer dough to grease bowl, let rise (1 - 2 hr). Punch dough down, transfer to greased pizza pan, let rise again (1 hr).

Brush dough will olive oil. Bake risen dough in a 400º oven for 20 minutes.
