8 oz. macaroni, uncooked
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 large egg, slightly beaten
3 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook macaroni 3/4 of the recommended time; drain and let cool. Mix all ingredients, reserving 3/4 cup cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top. Bake in buttered baking dish until bubbly on top; 35 minutes at 350º.
