Ingredients:  
1 can pink salmon, drained
3 tbsp butter
salt & pepper to taste
Flour
Carnation evaporated milk
2 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Break apart salmon and remove any bones found. Put salmon & butter into lg sauce pan and cook slowly. Add flour until thickens, then add milk a little at a time to form gravy. Salt & pepper to taste. Serve over rice.
