Directions:
Directions:
The recipes are very similar - slightly different meats and cheeses. Each recipe makes 2 large strombolis.

Defrost bread dough or pick up two large pizza dough balls from a local pizza shop. On a floured surface, stretch the length of the dough approximately 8 - 10" wide.

Layer the meats and cheeses in the order listed above.

Starting on the long side of the stromboli, start rolling, tucking in the meats and cheeses as you roll. Turn the loaf until the seam is down. Place on a cookie sheet with sides. Fold the ends under the stromboli.

Using a pastry brush, brush the top of each stromboli with egg wash. Sprinkle with garlic salt, parmesan cheese, salt & pepper.
Cut 4 small diagonal slits into the top of the stromboli before baking.

Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes, until bread is golden brown.
