2-4 Chicken Breast
1 Garlic Clove
1 Green Pepper
1 White Onion
Sazon Completa
Cilantro
Salt & Pepper
Cream Cheese
1 Bag of Six Cheese Italian
1 Jar Tostitos (Salsa de Queso)
2 Tomatoes
4-6 Flour Tortillas
Vegetable Oil
Toothpicks

Directions:

Boil chicken breast with green pepper, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, sazon completa and cilantro.

Once chicken is cooked remove chicken breast and shred or cut into very small cubes. Dispose everything else chicken was boiled in.

Add cream cheese, six cheese Italian, salt & pepper to chicken and mix together.

Put chicken mix on each tortilla, roll and keep together with toothpick

Heat a large pot of vegetable oil, enough oil to submerge rolled tortillas.

Cut tomatoes into small cubes.

Fry tortillas until golden brown, then remove and let cool for 3-5 minutes.

Cut each rolled chicken tortilla in half and serve with tomatoes and tostitos salsa con queso.
