1 cooked/baked beet
2 cloves of garlic
3-4 walnuts
7 seedless prunes
2 T. sunflower oil

Directions:
Directions:
Into a decorative bowl.....

1. Peel your beet and cut it straw-like (or you can use a shredder on medium setting).

2. Mince the garlic into teeny-tiny pieces.

3. Steam and dry the prunes then cut them into small, straw-like pieces.

4. Crush those walnuts!

5. Add oil and gently mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle with chopped green parsley on top, and serve! :D

**If you enjoy the taste of feta cheese, feel free to add it to the mix!
