1 lb. Cream cheese
1 lb. Extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. Pimento, minced
1 tbsp. Onion, minced fine
1 tbsp. Green pepper, minced
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Lemon juice
lg. pinch Cayenne pepper
dash Salt
Pecans, finely chopped

Thoroughly mix all ingredients, except pecans. Chill, shape into balls and roll in pecans. I make balls of varying sizes to accommodate different numbers of guests. These freeze well, but be sure to thaw them in the refrigerator.

I can't count the cheese balls I have made and shared. The only one that may have made more is my wonderful daughter, Amy. However, no matter how much she loves them, it can't come close to how much I love her. Amy, you are an inspiration to all and I not only love you with all my heart, but am extremely proud of you and the wonderful woman and mother you are.
