2 medium onions, chopped
2 cans tuna, drained
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1-1/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tomatoes, sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Grease an 8 x 8 baking dish.
In skillet, melt butter and cook onions until they are light brown. Put mixture in the bottom of the baking dish. Add tuna and 1 cup of cheese, stir.
Mix Bisquick, milk, salt, pepper and eggs with whisk until almost smooth. Pour over tuna mixture.
Bake until knife inserted comes out clean. Cover top with sliced tomatoes and remaining cheese Bake an additional 3-5 minutes to melt cheese.
Cool 5 minutes before serving.
